I'm going to try to do this again. I have a lot of shit happen to me lately. And hell, I'll be the first to admit it it, I drink a lot these days. Some of this shit I wont always remember a few days after it happened. Maybe I can start ranting about things again. Everyone one loves a good rant in a blog right? No wait, maybe its more like everyone loves to rant in their blog. Shit everyones doing it now. I wouldnt be suprised if my 74 year old grand mother does this shit. I hate that bitch...
ANYWAY, I picked up a new record player today. Nothing amazing. An ION USB table. I know audiophile wise they suck. But its a shitload better than what I had going on before. Fuck encased speakers and no pitch control. Shit sounds amazing now. Especially those new Heavey Hearted 7"s that I got in the mail today. They come out Saturday. This band is the shit. Pick one up when they're available...
So I just fell asleep while typing this. Might have been a little drunk last night. The purple house on Ashford St had a big block party thing. Hello Ninja, my coworkers band, ended up playing. And I must say I was plesantly surprised by how good they were. I was probably a little more drunk than I realized or wanted to be.
Now its on to packing my shit a bit more. Mostly cleaning though. I move on the first out of Allston and over by Kenmore/Fenway. I'm pretty excited. I just hope I can afford it.
